I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone call to discuss your interest in psychotherapy, answer questions and determine whether my practice may be appropriate for you.
Schedule a Consultation
Our first meeting will be a 50-minute consultation to learn more about each other. During this time we have the opportunity to explore your goals, treatment concerns and decide whether my practice is appropriate for you. After our first meeting, I am often able to make some treatment recommendations and offer a preliminary plan for what the work might look like.
COVID-19 UPDATE
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, I am scheduling all appointments via video conferencing. I use HIPPA compliant software that ensures our sessions are private and confidential.
Keeping Track of Progress
After eight to twelve weeks we will evaluate progress towards goals.
